The County Administration in Baringo County has praised GDC's efforts in developing the North Rift Region through construction of roads,provision of water and employment opportunities.

Baringo County Commissioner Mr. Henry Wafula and the entire County Security and Intelligence Committee (CSIC), toured the Baringo-Silali Geothermal Project on Tuesday, 20th Nov. 2018 and assured GDC of support in the provision of security to assets and personnel.
The team appreciated the massive investment by GDC in the geothermal project, which is the largest national project within the County.
The County security team praised GDC for the community water distribution initiative and elaborate road network which will improve the quality of lives and security.
The tour was coordinated by Mr. John Lagat, the GDC Regional Manager, North Rift; Ms. Grace Mwai, the Manager Community Relations and Mr. Julius Karuri, the Deputy Manager, Security, and other staff drawn from different departments who were also present.
