RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Manager HR will have responsibility for:
- developing strategy;
- implementing and directing employee and labor relations functions;
- programs;
- policies and procedures;
- recruiting & onboarding;
- benefit administration;
- compensation administration;
- training;
- labor law;
- COBRA compliance.
- Some travel is required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree with seven years of related experience required with strong leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrated;
OR
- Associate's Degree with eleven years of related experience required with strong leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrated.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A degree or course work in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- A working knowledge of recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee and union relations.
- Human resources certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.).
