We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of GIS Programmer Analyst I, II, III or Senior.
Required Product Expertise: ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Desktop, ESRI Software.
Required Technical Skills: Enterprise GIS administration, Experience managing enterprise spatial data. Principles of Cartographic Design, Understanding of vector and raster GIS data types, Relational Database Management, SQL.
Preferred Product Expertise: ArcGIS Pro, Utility Network for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET, Electric Utility Experience, IBM Maximo, Work and Asset Management systems, GE Smallworld, Oracle Spatial.
Preferred Technical Skills: ArcGIS Enterprise Administration, Python, JavaScript, ARCADE, PL/SQL, .Net, C#, ArcGIS Enterprise Administration, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Administration.
Responsibilities

Designs, implements, tests, documents and supports GIS Applications while complying with industry standard software development practices and techniques.

Gathers business requirements and recommends solutions to clients for the improvement of existing or proposed systems to enhance the functionality being delivered

Administers TEP's ArcGIS Enterprise platform.

Collaborates with cross functional teams on new features, designs and implementations.

Evaluates vendor-supplied applications and integrates vendor supplied software.

Recommends and implements process/product improvements.

Collaborates with IS infrastructure, network and security teams to develop technical requirements necessary to implement a successful project with minimal risk.

Continually increases the understanding of utility business functions, processes and functionality.

Provide rapid-response to client services and on-call technical support, as necessary

Coordinates with offshore and onsite teams.
Qualifications - Programmer Analyst I, II, III or Senior
(Position level will be determined based on the experience level of the applicant)
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in GIS software implementing, supporting, upgrading, and enhancing GIS applications for a variety of Utility lines of business, functional business groups, and business processes.
- Preferred experience using code management techniques and software.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Geography or related disciplines
