Location:
, , New Zealand
Start Date:
July 24, 2023
End Date:

Description
Amplify and the New Zealand Geothermal Association are excited to deliver an extensive line-up of events for NZ Geothermal Week 2023, 24-29 July.

Now in its third year, NZ Geothermal Week is held in and around the Taupō Volcanic Zone, where New Zealand's world-class geothermal industry is concentrated.  The week showcases and celebrates this thriving industry, which is well-positioned to help Aotearoa New Zealand, transition to a sustainable energy future.

Renewable geothermal resources can deliver not only baseload electricity, but also off-grid heat energy for industrial processes and production systems, and sustainable recovery of minerals.  Baseload electricity and heat energy can also be used to produce other renewable fuels such as hydrogen and wood pellets.

With over 20 events for industry and business, schools and communities, everyone has a chance to get involved in sharing and learning about what geothermal has to offer.

We invite you to take this opportunity to share and learn more about the New Zealand geothermal industry and join our journey towards a renewable energy future where the environment, local communities and businesses thrive.

Speakers

We are excited to have an extensive line-up of quality speakers, panellists and facilitators sharing their achievements, insights, visions and plans for New Zealand's geothermal industry, many of whom are world-class in their field.
