"FPH2 is ready to move hydrogen at scale and is looking for partners to make that possible," said FPH2 Chairman R. Rex Parris. "This RFP demonstrates our continued leadership in building systems that are reliable, practical, and forward-looking. It's not just about trucks or trailer, it's about accelerating a hydrogen deployment."
The RFP invites qualified bidders to propose solutions that align with FPH2's mission of streamlining hydrogen procurement and infrastructure development. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and ability to deliver lasting value for end users.
Vendors can access the RFP (No. 03-25) and submit proposals electronically through the PlanetBids portal. The solicitation covers hydrogen gas and liquid transport services and includes an online Q&A period open until September 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT.
Through the RFP, FPH2 is creating a transparent process that brings public and private partners together to accelerate hydrogen adoption and deliver benefits directly to communities.
