The Association Success Awards Series is hosted by the Association of Association Executives, and aims to raise the profile of associations, their executives and projects, and gives them the recognition for their effort and success.
On winning European Association of the year, the judges said: "SolarPower Europe's mission is to make solar energy the leading power source in Europe by 2030. With remarkable revenue growth, influential contributions to European legislation, exceptional events, impressive communication outreach, and dedicated member services, SolarPower Europe is accomplishing extraordinary feats!"
SolarPower Europe's Shine On Policycast, a podcast covering EU policy updates relevant to solar, was awarded Best Association Podcast, with the judges stating:

SolarPower Europe was also shortlisted for the award Best Long-standing Event, Under 1000 participants, for our flagship event, the SolarPower Summit. Following the awards ceremony, the SolarPower Europe team presented our projects to association executives during the Success Stories' session at the Associations World Congress.
