ignis H2 Energy Inc. is proud to announce the signing of a 2+2 deep geothermal well drilling agreement with GEOPET Drilling Services, marking a major milestone in our renewable energy efforts in Türkiye.
The first two wells will be drilled in our licensed areas in Kaynarpınar (Bingöl) and Güzelkent (Muş), each targeting depths of around 3,000 meters. Drilling and well testing are scheduled for completion by November 2025, with PROCUBEX overseeing operations as our technical advisor.
This agreement builds on our successful 2024 cored drilling campaign, which validated the conceptual geothermal model and confirmed the direct-use potential of the Kaynarpınar field. With this new phase, we're working to unlock the electricity generation potential of both project sites.
