GRENERGY RENOVABLES
La Esperanza and Marchigüe Solar Project Acquisition

October 31, 2017

Eurus Energy America Corporation ("Eurus") and Grenergy Renovables, S.A. ("Grenergy") are pleased to announce the acquisition by Eurus of Grenergy's 100% ownership interests in the La Esperanza and Marchigüe Solar Projects. Each project comprises a 9MWac solar power facility, with a combined total peak power of 20.68 MWdc, and were developed and built by Grenergy.

The La Esperanza and Marchigüe projects, located southwest of Santiago, Chile, in the O'Higgins Region, use Canadian Solar panels, Ingeteam inverters and Clavijo trackers. The projects began delivering carbon-free electricity in early 2017 and are among the first non-recourse project financed distributed generation projects selling energy under the Stabilized Pricing program in Chile.

Grenergy will continue to operate the plants through its O&M and Asset Management divisions.

"Our investment in the La Esperanza and Marchigüe solar projects marks an important step in expanding our footprint in South America to Chile," says Eurus President & CEO Satoshi Takahata. "We expect a long partnership with Grenergy, not only in Chile but also other countries in the region. Through this acquisition, we expand into a new growth market for Eurus."

"We are delighted to have a sponsor like Eurus, with whom we hope to further expand our collaboration in other markets, both in PV and wind," says David Ruiz de Andrés, CEO of Grenergy Renovables."
