Description
Provides support for the generation of metrics, reports, reconciliations and analysis of the Energy Conservation Program. Provides excellent customer service to resolve complex or escalated complaints, inquiries or process gaps. Act as a liaison between the rebate process center, customer service and customers. Coordinates the point of sale programs and collaborates with the different outreach activities.

Functional Expertise:

  • Administer analytical tracking, reporting and business metrics of the Rebate Program.
  • Perform rebate payment reconciliations.
  • Perform quality audits of the rebate approvals and process and provide feedback.
  • Increase rebate success rates by resolving customer application issues.
  • Perform special ad hoc projects as requested by management.
  • Perform Actual vs Budget analytics and investigate variances.
  • Deliver strong customer service results with residential, commercial and industrial partners

Business Acumen :

  • Prepare ECP reconciliations for the ECP programs. Prepare monthly metrics and reports with key analytics.
  • Ensure that all the documentation pertaining to the rebate program is complete, accessible and preserved for the annual audit. Collaborate with the annual audit. Collaborate with the annual filings and additional interrogatories.
  • Responsible for the verification, process and filing of residential, new construction, reactivation and cut and cap rebates.
  • Validation and tracking of commercial appliance rebates and verification of commercial conversions.
  • Responsible for maintaining high application success rate by resolving any application issues.
  • Analyze and review contractor quality assurance and pricing.
  • Coordinate the point of sale program to ensure all the visits and materials are in place and accordance to the established calendar in all markets. Includes customer relations and training to retailers.
  • Ensure customer escalations are fully resolved and utilize root cause analysis to continually improve processes.

Engagement:

  • Participate in weekly meetings with contractors and program staff. Also monthly employee meetings to understand business initiatives.
  • Liaison between customers, rebate processing center and customer service.
  • Partner across functionally in the organization to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales for special information, coordination and customer support needs.

Driving Results :

  • Ability to access data, interpret results and provide recommendations to drive participation and reach goals.
  • Deliver actionable results to support meeting program goals and objectives.
  • Trouble shoot customer application issues recommend procedural improvements.
  • Leverage customer interactions to increase awareness of ECP and help meet program goals and objectives; educate customers on program offerings; and provide finance options.
  • Education, Certifications/Licenses:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree or in business or related discipline OR any combination of education and work experience which permits the candidate to meet position work requirements.
  • Preferred: Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Related Work Experience:
  • Required: 1 year business / administration experience, 1 years business / administration experience.
  • Preferred: 2 years business / administration experience.
  • Applicant may possess a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
  • Specific Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to preform business analytics and metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct trending and analysis to identify root causes and possible solutions
  • Attention to detail and commitment to see projects through completion
  • Effective customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.

  • Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
