Description
Our Bartlett Tree Expert office in Spokane Valley, WA is currently searching for an experienced Arborist Crew Leader. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the green industry, is a Certified Arborist, and has a current CDL license or ability to attain a CDL.
The Arborist Crew Leader must be able to do the following duties:
- Supervise and manage tree care crew while performing all aspects of tree care services, as directed by the arborist representative and local manger
- Review scope of work and safety issues with the arborist representative prior to beginning each work assignment
- Ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment
- Demonstrates the ability to manage a crew safely
