Major Responsibilities:
- Self-prospecting/cold calling is an integral part of this position
- Provide direct, face to face and telephone account management and sales for a portfolio of new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets for electricity, natural gas and additional ENMAX Energy products and services
- Professional accountability for and integrity of products, offers, legal contracts and services
- Educate customers on energy industry information
- Maintain and strengthen the relationship with all existing ENMAX Clients
- Gather competitive intelligence
- Make effective use of CRM technology for documenting client data and interactions
- Optimization of customer communications through the coordination, promotion, sponsorship and or implementation of communication initiatives
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative team environment
Education Required:
- University degree or diploma in business or related field
