Job Description
The Director, Financial Planning & Payroll directs and provides leadership for the Corporation's business planning and budgeting process, revenue requirement analysis for utility rate setting, business investment due diligence/economic analysis and payroll services. This includes financial over-sight for the development of the Corporation's annual capital investment plan and financial over-sight of the Retiring Allowance Plan. This position also monitors and reports the key corporate success measures as provided in the balanced scorecard to the Executive, the Audit and Finance Committee, the SaskEnergy Board and the Crown Investments Corporation.
