An opportunity exists within our Water group for a Contracts Administrator to be based out of our Lexington, KY location.

Your Duties

This position will provide contractual support on various types of contracts with a variety of customers in the engineering design and consulting industry. The successful candidate will be a member of our program team and will have a fast-paced, diverse workload in this role. You will be responsible for all aspects of contract management and administration duties outlined below

  • Responsible for performing all contract management and administration duties in accordance with internal management needs and customer specifications.

  • Research contractual issues related to performance requirements and contract compliance, which may involve in-depth fact-finding efforts.

  • Compile and analyze data and be able to communicate/advise program management of contractual rights and obligations.

  • Prepare and maintain various types of reports for management.

  • Provide support in contractual and risk review processes, drafting contract language and negotiations.

  • Maintain a historical record of the contract.

  • Conduct all necessary actions to close the contract.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

It is preferred the successful candidate possess a college degree in the field of business administration, or another relevant technical field and have 3+ years experience in Contract Administration.

Educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree

  • Must be detail-oriented, process driven and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication, time-management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients, contractors, and staff at all levels

  • Ability to blend client requirements with company standards and methodology

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
