Description

This role requires an experienced B2B marketer to manage agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to craft positioning and messaging, create enablement materials, and lead market readiness activities for Novinium's solutions. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to leverage their B2B and product marketing experience to make a positive impact on a growth oriented energy technology company. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market and evergreen plans for PreVent - working closely with engineering, PR, and sales
  • Plan and maintain an editorial calendar aligning to funnel stages, segments and content mapping to the Consumer Journey
  • Create and publish Novinium customer success stories
  • Contribute to the bi-monthly Thought Leadership webinars, manage guest calendar, promotions, and execution
  • Work with the engineering subject matter experts to understand and clearly communicate product value proposition and competitive positioning for PreVent and technical papers/presentations
  • Manage agencies and internal stakeholders to create customer facing content that articulates Novinium's vision and direction to customers and industry press
    • Create product demonstrations and videos to be used in online marketing and as sales or support collateral
    • Develop keynote presentations to be used by sales and business development team
    • Participate at events and evangelize the differentiated value proposition of the product(s)
  • Measure and optimize campaign results and provide insights from business metrics; evaluate KPIs
Requirements
  • 8+ years marketing experience preferably within a B2B, multi-brand company
  • The ability to generate high-impact ideas, multi-task and manage projects on schedule and within budget
  • Experience refining and executing B2B marketing strategy including content planning
  • Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills, and proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal relationships 
  • Experience planning and executing product launches 
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong writing/editing background
  • Commitment and optimism is essential
  • College degree required, MBA preferred
