Eaton's Hydraulic Power Motion Control Group in Searcy, AR has an opening for a Human Resources Manager.
The HR manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective Employee Relations function for a manufacturing plant and for deploying large-scale HR initiatives, programs and processes. In this role, the Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Divisional HR Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as a business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the product line leadership teams
- Understand the plant strategy to drive the Organizational Capability Assessment process to identify and implement action plans to improve organizational capability
- Lead the HR strategy utilizing EBS tools for identified product lines to ensure alignment with Eaton's Value based culture
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to identify top talent that meets the plant needs for professional, managerial, and technical capability
- Employ coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to influence behavior and business decisions consistent with Eaton Values and Philosophy
- Deploy the annual Employee Survey process; complete analysis and action plans necessary to drive positive employee relations
- Ensure that the performance management practices (APEX) are fully integrated and that the processes are completed to raise the performance bar of the product line teams
- Administer compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices through systems that reward superior employee performance
- Participate in special projects and task groups as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of four years of HR experience
- Minimum of two years of experience as a HR Generalist
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- PHR or SPHR certification
